I had my annual termite inspection last week and found out that my hot water heater had leaked and went thru my floor, and now I have a puddle of water and dampness in my crawlspace. It was recommend that I dry it and put down more plastic than I already have. I am interested in getting a estimate from you guys on getting it cleaned up and properly maintained. I just want it done right. My house is about 7 years old, and I don't want any future damage because of a damp crawlspace.
